Hi.  I am Julie Marttila and I am currently working in my third decade as a licensed massage therapist, Reiki master and Hypnotherapist.  After many years as a metaphysical spiritual student, I became an Ordained minister with training in Emotional Freedom Technique and Flower Essences to assist those in emotional distress and heal past trauma. I use Crystal layouts and sound therapy to reenergize and balance chakras.  With the aid of rattles, drums, and various other instruments, I loosen dense vibrations held within the emotional and mental energy layers of the auric field that surround the physical body.  Introducing the frequencies of tuning forks and Tibetan Bowls can then reset the vibrational patterns to harmonious comfort and ease of mind.

I offer many Somatic Therapies with unique benefits such as Swedish Relaxation, and Therapeutic Massage to ease muscle tension, for acute and chronic pain resulting from injuries and the everyday stressors of a busy lifestyle.  Reflexology, Cranio-Sacral Massage, Lymphatic Massage and Bowen Therapy are all also distinct approaches that lend powerful results to restructure back into optimum health.

Where is this Tranquil Sanctuary Offered?  In a quiet, private, single studio in Cottonwood, Arizona, centrally located to serve the entire Verde Valley of Sedona, Village of Oak Creek, Rimrock, Camp Verde, Cornville, Page Springs, Cottonwood, Clarkdale, and Jerome.    

Away from the hustle of commercially shared spaces, my serene residential studio is designed for the privacy and confidentiality of one-to-one sessions.  Unlike large resort spas with noisy hallways, or Wellness Centers with multiple practitioners whose voices carry through the walls, this single personal space ensures pure attention and focus where it should be -- On YOU.
